I have purchased a lot of things through amazon and the best the I have found till date is their product packing and product delivery! But the disappointing thing about amazon is their refund process which tooks around 10 days to refund I have returned 2 products for which I made a prepaid payment and they took around 8-9 days to refund because of which customer shows interest towards COD.otherwise amazon is best online store to buy
