Since they've started their Indian Operation Centre, their products quality, service quality, CS, in-fact everything has gone worse. Indian CEO is just behind the money not consumer experience.
Amazon India is on a way to become another LALA TYPE Company. How come they have different policies for .in and .com which used to be same a year back.
They've gone to worst from the best in just a just a year or so.
Besides, it's not just tough but impossible to find contact link on amazon.in, you'll keep on switching between different help articles and on top of that I placed an order last night and today I am not getting an option to return. They say at some point we don't give you the option to return. WTF
