I have ordered Nexus 5 mobile for 28k and asked for gift wrap (with extra charge) & opted for 2 day delivery guarantee (with extra charge) and I got it after 5 days and the occasion was gone.
This is bought on just 2 day delivery promise for which I paid extra money too worst customer service as when I called also no proper answer was given to my queries.
Definitely its the last order from Amazon for me.
I have been shopping for more that 3 years online. But never faced such bad experience or response.
