I am a regular customer of Amazon because it has a great variety of products compared to other online shopping websites. It has a good customer service and mostly it sells genuine products. Being a prime member they offer me one-day delivery, in rear cases, it will cross the delivery timeline but it doesn't happen for me. Coming to the app it doesn't have the best user interface but is simple never crashed for me. Overall I am satisfied with all kind of services they are providing for me and everytime I had a nice experience with amazon.
