1) Guaranteed next day delivery "BIG FAKE"
I am in navi mumbai, package is in Bhiwandi. still they not able to delivered package its 4 days now. Bhiwandi is 29km far from my home(hardly 1 hour distance) & I paid for next day delivery bcoz on 2nd day I was having ticket to my village, bt I need to cancel my ticket for bcoz of my package & it is now 4th day still not delivered. in 2 days my mom's bday so I have to cancel my order & bough gift for her from near by store.
2) Next day guaranteed delivery this is 3rd time they not able to delivered.
even in bus you can reach bhiwandi in 1 n half hour.
3) Most pathetic & 3rd class service provider is Amazon.in.
Flipkart & Ebay is 100 times better then amazon.
Never use such faltu service. they do not have any contact of courier person. they have no clue when it will deliver. since last 3 days m every day calling them & they forwarding my complain to courier. that wat they saying. no update nothing. in my tracking it still showing nxt day delivery & it is been 4 days now.
Shitty service ever.
