Amazon.in is one of the best website but it needs to improve a bit in following aspects:
Not every seller on Amazon.in sells Genuine products.
Also the return of products is not good for Amazon fulfilled sellers.
Amazon.in should enable the Reverse Pickup service to some areas where the facility is not available.
Amazon.in Should verify the products sold by the sellers in order to eliminate fake product selling.
Size charts are not proper when it comes to shoes. I ordered shoes of the size which I regularly wear(UK size 9). I got a shoe of Kids size that to from a seller which was selling branded shoes of ADIDAS where the sizes are accurate.
