I truly wonder how these Online companys go yapping on their customer service and an inefficient delivery of services. I placed an order on 15th oct'2015 with a clear mailing address. The package has been rattled between the courier offices and 3days past the due date I had to struggle to find a way to reach Amazon and I spoke to a wonderful person, who promised a delivery in a days time, so hunky dory was the apologies and the explanation provided.
Well I gave an opportunity as it happens sometimes with delivery. the courier people called and took the address again, said they will deliver it right away. But boom. back to square one.no sign of anything arriving yet. I again call Amazon, phew. they don't where to start again, I had to go through the whole story all over again, ask for a cancellation & refund. tada.surprise "sir this product cannot be cancelled". not my problem, he said he'll pass my call to the relevant team, came back and apologized and started telling me what happened.
Well I know what happened so dont summarize instead offer a solution. I asked for a supervisor/manager well they are always busy. doing what? now I demanded a phone call from a Manager with a resolution. Lets see where it goes. I'll come back with their colorful stories. It's four days due past their promised delivery date. Please check the pic attached.
