I'm satisfied with the website, product, packging etc but delivery and courier is very disappointing from some days in my city. I ordered some products together and received details with 3 partitions. Then when the products reached to the destination city I started receiving messages of out for delivery for a week. Then I received a message that I refused to receive products, but actually I have not even received a call about products.
Then it was returned to supplier. I made chat with 2 amazon.in persons they promised to find and send but then also it happened. So the courier service from amazon is making amazon not upto the mark.
