Amazon, before I start with my review. It is the first website from where I start online shopping. Amazon is too good and has large range of products, sorry largest.
I have ordered over 20+ products, cancelled a couple of them and return once. The experience with them is too good. I once contacted their customer support, I dont know whether they have dedicated service support or using outsourcing. Anyway, their response is quick.
About one or two time, I had issues like very late delivery. Though, I came to know that their is courier side fault, courier services(except ekart, and delhivery) is worst in my town.
One thing I notice that their tracking system is not always sync with actual courier details(as per tracking id I mean). Once or twice it happened that my product is received by courier and the progress bar at tracking page not updated, I know that is seller side issue, but who would to blame, huh?
Often, my product gets delivered to me in around a week or under 10 days, not a big issue as per my location.
I never used their app and don't even a fan of android apps at all.
I mentioned that I returned the item once, my pickup is done under 1 day of reporting and money issued under 3 days. Quick.
Anyway, this site is reliable and you can trust it.
