Today I would share my experiance in the best online website of Amazon .in .The customer service is very bad in this webaite and I am upset to see theire return product procedure.last 2 month ago I purchased a samsung moblile battery .after 2days letter I noticed the product is some deffactive and not perform well after fullb charged on mobile the battery kee the charge only 2 hours then I complained to return this product on this website then they told me we can not take the product in your home. The product will curriouer by you.i was send the product in their office bt they does not pay to me .my speed post bills they pay only 50 rupes gift card .really I am very upset to see their customer service.The product quality is quite well on compare to other website.delivery time is also very delay in this website a normal deliver they will take 8-10 days.and does not provide their service on rural areas.the website is good their have lot op option.but I reliable this website for their ruturn and delivery service.
