I am using amazon since 4 years.
till now , I have ordered 253 orders out of which 32 has been returned, from amazon.
as an analysis of my account , I obtained the following data : -
•successful orders : - all order till now.
• late delivery : - 5 cases
•wrong delivery of product : - one case ( wrong colour of shirt-> retuned within 48 hours and refund received in bank account awithing 24 hours from the date of pickup)
• poor quality - 4 orders ( 3 has been accepted as return and refund and full money along with deluvery charges received in bank account)
• expired item case : - NIL
• empty parcel case : - NiL
overall experience ( out 5 stars)
