The app is user friendly but the services provided by them specially at Mira Road is pathetic. The product is never delivered on time and we have to follow up with the customer care for the same. To add we get sms stating the customer was not available at home and so it has been not been delivered whereas we know the date of delivery we make it point to be at home. the instance has occured several times when we ordered products on Amazon. Though the product is good and the prices sometimes are less than the other eCommerce site but yet I wont recommend Amazon for people staying at Mira road.
