As everyone has head and watched advertisements showing doorstep delivery of the products from Amazon and about their best services provided by the company Amazon.com , but my case was different making my first ever experience miserable.
The incident happened like this as for the first time I ordered a product that was a pair of shoes, brought for me and my father. The miserable thing happened during the delivery of the product , as the delivery person/agent said he can't came to my place having unknown ways in the colony and he returned to the city hub, and then he called me to come near railway station to pickup the product, the next day when I went there he said he's at home will be there into half an hour, but after 2hour he came and took me to the hub and take me to a room fully stacked up with the Amazon parcel packages, and he told me to find my product from the large hall like ware house. I got frustrated and straight away talked to the manager. After talking to the manager they gave me my package.
