Hi my name is samrat I am from noida and I order some item but amazon was delay very delay the delivery was send in 4 working days but amazon was delay and they cant send my order.
Customer service was very bad because they can not reply my message even I send my order details and all but they cant reply.
My order was not delivery so quality was not seen.
Delivery timelines are very bad they can not deliver fast they are very slow doing work.
App and website was perform very poor I can order phone for my brother birthday . Birthdat was end but phone was not delivered right time so site was not full fill customer satisfaction power.
Reliability was not good . My experience was bad really.
