I had ordered Skullcandy Model: X2SPFZ-834 with MIC as what was shown, and as per the Product Information stated that can make calls, priced 649/-. I received the headphones but without MIC and since then I trying to resolve this but staff at Amazon haven't responsed and I am still awaiting response from them. The process is extermly slow from the product being delivered to resolve my complaint. I am very disapointed and have used Amazon for first and seems to be the last time as per the customer service received.
Can someone really look into this and resolve my query.
