According to me, Amzon is very slow in delivery. I ordered xaiomi Redmi note 3 on 3 october and I get the phone on 8 october, between these 5 days whenever I call customer service for asking the exact location of my phone, and when I get the delivery, because my previous phone was breaked and I tell them that I want the phone urgent.
They always asked me that we pass your message to courier facility and we try to deliver your phone as soon as possible.
And after two days when I call them again they now also say me the same thing.
On 8 october when I get my phone delivery, After three days of delivery the operating software was get hanged and the screen was stopped working. And when I call the customer service and told them for replace my device they say me that you first go to xaiomi service center and get the GOA slip from them and if they agree then we replace your device.
I had a very bad shopping with Amazon
