I ordered a phone on 9 march 2016 at my office address in delhi which got shipped on the same day from Bangalore. On 11th march, I asked them to change the delivery address to my home address incase the product comes on saturday or sunday which the customer care guy said that they changed the address. Phone did not come till sunday, when I checked the tracking details on website, it say that the product arrived at wrong local center and will be delayed . I again contacted customer care that if the phone has arrived to the local courier near my office address then deliver at my office address before 5 pm which they agreed instantly. But I received a message at 4:57pm that the phone is out for delivery. This means that the customer care just take information and does nothing. I haven't received the phone yet and tomorrow in next flash sale. Very poor customer support they have.


They have launched new concept for earning called one day delivery and two day delivery . If you don't order in one or two day delivery then estimate that it will take almost one week or more than that and they don't care of your instructions if you have some special request


My overall experience on the amazon is not good and I will suggest you to avoid amazon
