I am sharing my experience of shopping at amazon. On 1 sep 2016 I ordered 1 wd hdd case through amazon app. Both order were dispatched in less than 2 hrs. Suddenly my mood is changed and I cancelled one order by just clicking on your order and then clicked on cancel to cancel one order.
The customer service is too good because the product is already on the way and they cancelled it with no issue.
I also received a confirmation through email and sms on my mobile. I also received my second item on 2 sep. Which is very fast delivery from kolkata to haryana. So, you can say amazon as apni dukan.
