Amazon.in really is the best place to do shopping if you really want to shop online. It has almost every product and that too at good discounts. Also the customer support is quite good. I have been using amazon for quite some time now. And the customer support is awesome.
The only problem that the customers face is when they send the product through india post which is really a pain. This is difficult when the product cannot be delivered at a particular place and we give a nearby place for delivery, as india post has this policy that they wont deliver unless the address you give is authentic.
