I ordered NU Republic Nu Jaxx Wireless earphones from amazon.I received them in time and the packing was all too good.Now it was time when I checked those earphones.They come with bluetooth 4.1 connectivity, CSR 8635 chipset and an average battery of 3-4 hrs.
I connected them and listened to 9-10 songs, I was very disappointed with the vocals and the mids and highs.It's only bass oriented earphone.
Okay then I thought I would return them and get my money back, but here comes the irritating part.I called customer care and asked them to return the product and refund my money and they said that they accept replacement only.I thought there might some mistakes in the earphones so I told them to replace it.
But when I received the other earphones again the same story so again I called the customer care and asked to refund my money but they refused that it's their policy and can't do so.
Now I have to live with those rubbish earphones with my hard earned money gone.This was my worst experience with amazon and I would request you all that please do not make the mistake that I did.
