This is regarding the #ValentinesWithXbox contest conducted by Amazon India. The winner's entry was similar to the post that I sent. I sent my entry on 13th February, and the winner, Mr. Yogesh, sent his entry on 14th February. Mr. Yogesh has copied my entry, which is actually my intellectual property. He was declared the winner for the entry which actually I posted before him, a day before to be precise.

This is a matter of plagiarism. His entry should be disqualified, as he isn't the authentic owner of the entry. The authenticity lies with me. He's the winner for the contest for which he merely copied my entry, word to word. I tried to contact amazon for this matter but their reply wasn't satisfactory enough, and they won't do what should be done.

Attached are the screen shots of my comments and the comments of Mr. Yogesh to give more clarity to the existing issue.
