I have bought a lot of things from amazon, literally a huge amount of things like mobiles, books, printer, bags and whatnot and the best part about that is that it has never given me any problem ever, like ever. Every time I think of buying anything, amazon just pops up in my mind as it has a lot of variety as compared to any other platform in India. more than just my opinions I would like to say that whenever there was a defect or anything related to refund or returns amazon has nvr troubled me, though once I got my refunds with some delay. The website has good filters to find whatever I want but if I compare it to that of flip kart I think that it could have been better, the gui and also the filters menu. Except that I have seen no other problems, being a prime member I always receive goods on time and also there is nvr a chance wen I really had to worry about anything, but one thing make sure about that u always buy things from a good seller like cloudtail to have a good experience. the feature is that the price is also very low compared to market value. at the end I would like to say that amazon has always been my favourite and I would also like it to continue working like this.
