I ordered this Sendai Glossy / Meiji Glossy / Satin Black bed from Amazon and the manufacturer(Original bed Co./ The Original Bedstead Co.) sent me a defective bed. They claim that the beds can be assembled at home without any installation help. This is a LIE. The key they sent me was so small that it wasn't fitting into the nut and parts of the bed were bent so they weren't aligning. I tried to assemble for 4-5 hours and failed. Now almost 12 days after asking for return and refund they have withheld the refund and are saying that if I withdraw the negative review on Amazon. they will issue the refund the same day. Their product is showing with 100% positive reviews on Amazon and that is why I bought it. They have threatened and blackmailed buyers into removing negative reviews. The seller Original Bed Co. is highly CORRUPT and a COMPLETE LIAR.
