This feedback is for **AMAZON INDIA**. This is NOT the first time it has happened but this is the 3rd time it has happened. The problem is with Amazon delivery system - it's PATHETIC. They first send "Out for delivery SMS" and then after a few hours send another SMS "Addressee wasn't available so couldn't be delivered" THIS is the 3RD time and TWICE today itself! VERY POOR DELIVERY SYSTEM. Waste of time! I received SMS today morning at 8AM saying "order is out for delivery".
At 10.45AM another SMS saying "addressee wasn't available at the address so delivery failed" So I lodged a complaint and I was assured that I would get the product by evening. Around 7 PM I get "out for delivery" SMS and again around 9PM another SMA saying "addressee wasn't available at the address so delivery failed"! What kind of silly joke is this?! THIS HAS HAPPENED FOR THE 3RD TIME AND TWICE TODAY ITSELF! AMAZON HAS A HORRIBLE DELIVERY SYSTEM. THEY DON'T EVEN CALL YOU. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME! NEVER BUY FROM AMAZON.
