I ordered a Skillofun Standard Abacus MRP Rs.715 on a deal at Rs. 386. Amazon sent me junior abacus of MRP Rs. 395. Amazon has put their own barcode labeling the item as Skillofun Standard Abacus. What a fraud!
I asked them to replace the item with the correct item but they refused. Their pathetic customer service executives even went to the extent of sending me a mail saying "We understand you wanted to order Junior abacus but by mistake you ordered a Standard abacus and would like to return the same."
I am still fighting with them to get a replacement with the correct item but don't have much hope as they are cheaters.
