My experience shopping through amazon to be mentioned INDIA AMAZON.
1) I ordered Timex watch, was given the defected item after contacting several times they said to return the item to given address but I have to make sure the item should be reached else there will be no refund so I thought to repair the defected one.
2) For 1 item in spite of paying the money for the product through net banking, they asked to pay the money while delivering, thinking customer care will resolve and I will get refund I paid again. When contacted CC they told to claim later I got the reply that they will not deal with this kind of issues.
3) I ordered Casio watch after doing lot of research and spending time since they have given a discount on that watch .later I got a call from CC asking me to cancel the order as they is a fault in price mentioned actual price is 5000 Rs .But in US amazon or any website once u place the order it has to be delivered.All these orders I placed in same day .
NOW I WILL NEVER USE THIS SITE FOR SHOPPING.
