With easy returns. Review on Amazon

I have very good experience with Amazon.in so mostly I go for this site only for all my online purchases. Specially I like their return policy.

Once I have purchased smart phone from Amazon.in site. I got the phone within 24 hours. So it was the fastest delivery for me. After using that phone for 24 hours, I came to know about the battery problem. Phone was getting heat during my usage and battery was draining like hell, it was draining from 100% to 0% in just around 6 hours. So I told about this problem to amazon and asked about refund. They have immediately accepted my request and within a day sent person to my address for taking the parcel back again. And I also got my money refunded in my bank account within two days.

So my experience with this site is great. I don't know the current return policy of this site as this is happened with me more than 7 months ago. But so far I have face no problem with this site. I always prefer this site for my online shopping.
