AMAZON.IN Irresponsible e-commerce site. Review on Amazon

Guys dont purchase any product from amazon.in, such an irresponsible team they are.

Here is my panic experience with them.

I placed an order on Amazon with order id:404-2301033-0111520.

I placed the order on 16-10-2015, they says that the standard delivery is 4-5days, but my product delivered after 8days, delay was done because the  product was dispatched to wrong courier facility.And again its there mistake, after following up with these people like an idiot atlast they deliverd the product to me on 22-10-2015.

Here come the second irritating thing, the order was sent wrong instead of the original one which I ordered for.

When I tried to contact them, they siad they will get back to me again with a solution, but they never turned up again with a solution, so for doing a mistake by chossing amazon I again called them for a solution.And worst part of them is we neeed to explain them all the issue from starting every time we call them.

So guys plz never ever purchase any products from these guys.
