I am not a regular online shopper , but most of the things I shop through is amazon.
It’s because it is one of the trusted ecommerce or online shopping website which takecare of the customers who all doing shopping through there platform.
In my opinion there mainly focusing on maling there online platform more customer friendly. In that case there are making it happen in good manner.
While order the products I didn’t feel any product damage anything like that, but one of my friend told me that he have felt something like that. One of the product which he is order through amazon the product was damaged and he then returned the product. Within 1 week he got replaced the product in good condition.
In my opinion delivery time is very less then comparing the other online platform. They are delivering the product before the estimeted time.
I didn’t use there app for my online shopping. I told you in the begining I am not a regular online shopper. I didn’t feel any uncomfortable while shopping through the website.
I trust amazon for doing my future online shoppping because of there customer friendly behaviour.
