I ordered a gift for my mother and even after 23 days it could not reach her. Worst service ever. Worst experience ever. U say gift packages are taken special care for their on time delivery and this is how you take special care.
Your customer service staff says we are looking into this matter but nobody cares. In the end they said we cannot assure you when it will get delivered so better cancel the order. I mean this is how you deal with your customers. I trusted your quality and services but not any more.
