I agree, amazon in best website for online shopping but when it comes to easy returns its lacks a ton comparing to other websites. Easy returns only works to those products which are powered by amazon. Recently I got a watch worth 3500 and it was fake. When I try to return it they are taking ages to solve my problem and yes! still I didnot got my refund. It is a huge disappointment, they should take serious actions regarding this issue. Except this issue the website is amazing. Just little improvements are needed on returns policy.
