I had this experience many times. You buy a product from Amazon then when it is defective or does not match product description and you try to return the product by choosing return item it causes wastage of money. I placed a return on 9th September but till date i.e 28.10.16 no delivery person has come to pick it. When I tried to put this in review they removed my review saying its against their policy. I have attached two such orders. The key cover does not match for the car as described and the car cover took too long to reach me.
