AMAZON.IN I can say about amazon. Frankly speaking, I have never experienced this kind of service before. Flipkart is close but even it is not that promotions, shipping, returns, refunds anything. Amazon is superb.
Very exhaustive list of merchandise. I think, the only thing which Amazon is not selling as of now, is grocery
Now promotions is one department where Amazon is lacking a bit esp. in clothing and apparels. Though I have seen concerted attempts to start providing good discounts.
Zero shipping charges even if it is a product worth Rs. 10.(of course some independent sellers charge a shipping charge).
Returns – No questions asked hassle free returns. Just click on return items and it is picked up very conveniently.
Refund – In fact many a times, it seems to me that refund GC is issued even before product quality inspection.
Price errors – Maybe only website which offers assured shipping even on pricing errors.
I just hope amazon keep its amazing service up going forward also.
