I am so happy to be a member of a company whose employees value customers the way Amazon's employees do. Their team has worked extensively with me trying to resolve an on-going issue that all stemmed from a third party seller. It took several phone calls and hours of time but Aaron P. and supervisor Nicco ( forgive my spelling) , along with others, never gave up on me. They followed through as promised even when I began to get frustrated and impatient - sorry about that! There are others who helped me but I did not write their names down.
