Yes amazon is the best online shopping site in terms of policy like replace, return or price but it has worse shipping and courier speed .
I have ordered so many things form amazon and in 98% case all the product arrived me after the expected day .
I have very good experience with flipkart in shipping they provide worlds fastest courier service .
amazon has to work on there delivery department otherwise they will be way behind from other online shopping site like ebay, paytm, shopcluse, and snapdeal .
currently I have ordered a phone form gwalior and they promised me to deliver it before 2nd march and today is 6th and stil the order is yet not dispatched it will take more than 7 days .
so they have very bad delivery speed, I don, t like amazon only for this, .
