I once checked for some accessories for girls on amazon. I liked the diva brand's bracelet which is looking beauthiful in the picture.i ordered that product and prepaid for that too. When I received that product I totaaly lost my faith on online shopping.
They changed the brand, they changed the colour, even the size of that bracelet is too small for a girl's hand. I requested for the return of the product and mentioned that the poroduct is not same. No one comes to took it back. I further call customer care they said soon they will resolve the problem but no positive response from their side. Too much disappointed with amazon.
