I have oder a FCB logo back for my Moto G4 Plus and the cover was loosley fitting the cell phone.So I have applied for returning back the stuff that I have ordered and want my money to be refunded. It's been 1week and counting that my order has not been return back from the place it is been delivered nor my amount is refunded back to me. I have called the customer care several time and told them about the scenario that has been created by their company and ask for some help , but I always get to hear that it will be taken from the place where it is deliver also ur amount will also be refunded soon , they have also told me to cancel back the return request and to re applied it but nothing has happened , and still I m without the solution . My stuff that I want to return it back is still present with me. So I urge u all not too order any stuff from Amazon unless and until it is very urgent or in different scenarios
