Over the years Amazon.in has been failing in its quality control. I ordered a small item(lens hood for my DSLR camera) from amazon as it was not available in my city.
After waiting for 5 days, I receive a damaged product. How difficult it is for Amazon.in to control packaging for non fragile items like lens hood?
Their packaging is becoming very bad over the months. Flipkart is slightly costly but has superb packaging and quality control
