When I started online shopping, I use indiatimes.com, which was just ok, but when I surf amazon and made my first purchase on amazon, there was a late delivery issue and couldnt completed due to seller refused to deliver. I was very upset and take pledge not to buy again from amazon. After 2-3 months one of my friend told me some great offers on amazon and advised me to try, I uninterestingly bought some little range product, that was very cheap and when I got the item delivered well in time, I felt happy with the quality. That day and today I am a regular buyer of amazon products and their prices are the best in online shopping. The service is excellent in delivery, refunds, prompt reply etc. Today I believe in online shopping just because of amazon.
