I really wonder how some extremely callous and loosely managed companies survive in the market leave apart making profits! You are shown something and supplied something else, be it a fabric or a readymade or an undergarment- same story. Then they happily ask you to return. In between dealers directly approach you and give you a further discount for not returning and beg not to register a complaint. Most Hindi books are more expensive than the market price and postage is added to make it totally unattractive. Not a happy experience at all. Also there are a number of fraudulent practices to dupe innocent customers: 1. Suppliers are added randomly without any real background check. 2. No control on quality delared online is supplied or not, at the most you can return and get refund after due course wasting your time. 3. You are given cashbacks/ wallet money/ discounts on most uselss unsold old stock items on "select" categories which are already quoted at much higher price than the market MRP. 4. All discounts/ wallet money/ cashback mostly are swallowed away by daily increasing randon "delivery charges" not at all matching the declared rates online. Overall very bad unreliable service.
