I have been using amazon for 3 years.i have bought uncountable products from amazon.i have bought cheap products and also big products like air conditioners, mobile phones, laptops etc Amazon provides the best packing, service, customer support, fast shipping etc.
My home is an urban area but amazon products arrives max in 3 days which is very fast as compared to other online shopping site where they took nearly a week.I am happy in shopping with amazon.Amazon have also provided refunds for my products that have failed after an year of usage.
