I am the one of the online purchaser. I'm using Flipkart many more time but I would like to use Amazon in such time and the product quality is fine but delivery time is high and then customer handling is poor. Delivery person didn't give respect for the customer but in the Flipkart they give proper response for the customer but Amazon delivery person they won't give proper response for the customer they don't have responsibility for there's job. so Amazon wants to concentrate on customer handling because the product quality is a second thing but customer handling is the most important one.
