I agree that different people have different experience but facts remain the same. I am staying in amonora township from last 2 years and I think buying a flat in amanora is a bad idea. The amenities like club house are always used for outside marriages every weekend and in only one time used for citizens (that too a 1 hr show, which was worse).
The township is full of dust on roads and dust effects inside your house too. Parking is Amanora Mall is chargeable to citizens too. There is no benefit to citizens for any of the events arranged in the township. If passes are issued then these are used only to gather crowd to stand in back row so that the function should come to headlines and its totally arranged from commercial point of view.
Amanora is a township to earn money to Amanora Mangement and no benefits to citizen not even to use amenities.
