I gave an application development project to this team and I was so frustrated with their unprofessional behavior and lack of performance and commitment that I had to cancel the contract with them.
They never stuck to the target dates/deadlines committed/agreed upon by themselves.
They never updated me on the status on time.
I had to call them MANY times to get the status update. The contact person (Vaneet) would drop an sms saying he would call me back to update on the status. That call did not come.
Target dates for all the mutually agreed milestones have already gone but they are yet to release even a single feature.
.When I dropped an email about my plan to cancel the contract, they informed me that they had finished the project. When they showed me the product thru web conference, it was nowhere near completion, many important features were totally missing! I was more surprised when their team leader (Pulkit) asked me basic questions pertaining to application features which should have been asked on day 1 instead of at the end.6.
At last, after waiting for so long, I had to scrap the contract with them.I wish I had time to drag them to consumer court.I would never recommend this team to anyone.
