I placed an order on 27th April, 2013 and I inquire about delivery on 3rd May, 2013. At that time I was told within next week It will get delivered. I waited for a week and again I called them 10th May, 2013 and I was told the item I have ordered is not in stock so I should wait for another one week and see if it become available and if not then I can order some other item in place of that. Meaning of that is they wan't give you what you want to buy but they will make you buy what they want to sell. And till 15 day they did not bother to inform me that the item I have order is not in stock.
Also they will take 5 working days to process the cancellation and 21 day to process the refund. If you see the time line 2 week to inform item not in stock + 1 week to process cancellation + 3 weeks to process . so total 6 weeks on paper and actually it may be more you can say if you pay them amount they will simply enjoy your money for approx 2 month. I think that is why they are just collecting the money and enjoying with your hard earned money without any interest.
These guys are cheaters. Beware of these cheaters and I recommend everyone to keep distance from such cheater unless you have extra money waste.
