My order number:1007184. While placing the order they responded that they have a policy to ship product in 10days.
Now 3 weeks have passed and once I sent them a message, I got mail from them that my order has been shipped with refund for the product which was unavailable.Dispatch of shipping has to be quick so that it would be good.
