Consider this email as my feedback on your service provided recently.

I am very very disappointed with your service and the order delivered was not even 10% as expected. I know things are not readily available in Kashipur but you should not have accepted the order by considering this limitation.

1. Firstly, I had to compromise with the flowers. Roses were not available and you gave an option of other flowers and I said OK to it knowing the limitation. But those flowers were definitely lower in cost as compared to roses.

2. Delivered with delay of one day. The service was delayed, I was not informed and you yourself was not aware of the same neither you replied on my email. Delay of one day means the occasion has already passed and there is no use of that delivery.

3. The order on website shows the chocolate cake but some other cake was delivered and that too without informing me.

4. There was a greeting card with the combo. That was not even delivered.

Not even a single item was up to the mark. Neither the gifts nor the delivery. I am currently in US and ordered this for my husband's birthday. I did not have much time to check your service reviews otherwise I would never have opted you people.

I had paid for roses, chocolate cake and the greeting card. In the order, there were no roses, no greeting card and some other cake. I definitely need a compensation for these changes.

I need a waiver for this service and an explanation for this kind of service.

I always use to follow ferns & petals but this time I thought to try something different but in vain because of the pathetic service you have provided.

I would never suggest anyone to follow you.
