Because I use this broadband service personally.
Many people had told about the bad experience with alliance.
But it is not true friends.
Every broadband service provider has their own service packeges.
If you choose e low amount packege it is normal that the internet speed will be reach to you in low speed.
If you spend a 1000 rupees pack you can experience a high speed internet up to 10/20 mb/s.
In my case I use 500 rupees pack.in this pack also they provide me up to 8 mb/s speed it is enough to me.
About alliance they provide you a great service.
If you looking for a new broadband line
Then alliance is a good choice.
