I have ordered many times from Ali Express. It was good till I ordered a few things about 3 months back. They have not delivered the product but their site mentions as delivered. When I raised a dispute, refund was refused. Earlier, when I didn't receive my parcel, I was given a refund. I hear that the Indian government has become strict regarding such imports. In that case, they should have refused to accept orders from India rather than duping us. So, no more AliExpress from now on.
