I recently visited ajio for shopping for my cousin's wedding.
Collection on the site was a mix of very good products to very bad products which made me doubt the good once too. They should keep handpicked product only.
Website interface is not very user-friendly I did not find it easy to operate.
App occupies data but is still slow and legs some feature.
Customer support is good.
Delivery was a bit delayed which I did not like but thankfully reached before the wedding although it was not of my so I returned.
Returns are easy but refund takes a lot of time.
Packing is good and does not damage the product.
